Fly into the SJO airport and out of the LIR airport
The Pura Vida Trade Mission to Costa Rica begins in San José and the Central Valley. Therefore your arrival to Costa Rica should be into the SJO (Juan Santamaría International Airport) on Friday September 19th, 2025 between 10am and 2pm. If you arrive outside of this window of time you will need to make your own way to the hotel for check-in.

The Pura Vida Trade Mission to Costa Rica ends in the Guanacaste Province. Therefore your departure from Costa Rica should be from the LIR airport (Guanacaste International Airport) on Wednesday, September 25th, 2025 between 8am and 12 noon. If you depart outside of this windows of time you will need to make your own way to the airport for your flight.

You can extend your adventure in Costa Rica by exploring the cloud forest, volcano, or another beach area in the country.
Please note that these trips are done on your own. You will have local guides for the guided tours mentioned and you will have Boyero Travel virtual support throughout.
Trips are valid for 2 or more people traveling together (can be 2 people staying in single rooms or 2 people sharing a double room).

Maximum group size is 28 people.

Airfare: confirm your participation with the American Global Group or any of the realtors organizing the trip before purchasing airfare. If you do not add a trip extension or additional travel, your arrival to Costa Rica should be into the SJO (Juan Santamaría International Airport) on Friday September 19th, 2025 between 10am and 2pm and your departure from Costa Rica should be from the LIR airport (Guanacaste International Airport) on Wednesday, September 25th, 2025 between 8am and 12 noon. If you arrive outside of these windows of time you will need to make your own way to the hotel for check-in and/or make other transportation arrangements.

Non-refundable Deposit: We will collect a 25% non-refundable deposit upon registration for each traveler as outlined in the Boyero Travel Terms & Conditions. This non-refundable deposit is due on or before May 19, 2025.

Group does not meet minimum: If the 14 person minimum is not met , we reserve the right to add a surcharge or make changes to the itinerary to allow it to run with a smaller group size.

Smaller group of 13 people or less: As mentioned above, in order to run the trip for a smaller group, Boyero Travel would need to make changes to the itinerary or add a surcharge. If the whole group does not agree to this, then Boyero Travel will refund the amount paid by each person, less a $100 service fee.
